Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering PEO/PSO’s

Program Education Objectives (PEO’s)

PEO1 : Provide socioeconomic solutions to engineering related problems while incorporating professional ethics.

PEO2 : Graduates should excel in best under graduate engineering institutes, acquiring advanced courses inengineering and related disciplines.

PEO3 : To provide students with an academic environment that makes them aware lifelong learning in emergingtechnologies.

Program Outcomes (PO’s)

PO1 : Basic and discipline specific knowledge: apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and engineering fundamentals and engineering specialization to solve the engineering problems.

PO2 : Problem analysis: identify and analyse well-defined engineering problems using codified standard

PO3 : Design/ development of solutions: design solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist with the design of systems components or processes to meet specified needs.

PO4 : Engineering tools, experimentation and testing: apply modern engineering tools and appropriate techniqueto conduct standard tests and measurements.

PO5 : Engineering practices for society, sustainability and environment: apply appropriate technology in contextof society, sustainability, environment and ethical practices.

PO6 : Project management: use engineering management principles individually, as a team member or a leaderto manage projects and effectively communicate about well-defined engineering activities.

PO7 : Life-long learning: ability to analyse individual needs and engage in updating in the context oftechnological changes.

Program Specific Outcomes (PSO’s)

PSO1 : Maintain various types of electronics devices and system.

PSO2 : Use EDA tools to develop basic electronics engineering related circuits.

PSO3 : Make the students employable in engineering industries and motivate for higher studies.
